• 6.2“All-Inclusive” means including everything and, for the purposes of a price includes, without limitation, all costs, charges, fees and disbursements and all other compensation and consideration whatsoever to perform the Services included in the Sc...p.11

• 6.12“ENWIN” means ENWIN Utilities Ltd. and includes any of its affiliates, designated employees, officials or agents who are engaged to represent ENWIN.p.12
• 6.13“Evaluation Committee” means the committee appointed to evaluate Proposals. The Evaluation Committee includes such ENWIN staff, consultants and advisors, as deemed appropriate by ENWIN.p.12
